Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sourcing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Their duties will include developing and implementing sourcing strategies for materials and components to support company business objectives. The role also involves working with cross-functional teams within sites to identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize supply chain.
Job Duties
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies
- Source to contract process with supply management
- Staying up to date with industry trends, regulation, and best practice
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supply chain
- Work and supervise a team of up to 5
- Lead collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant field
- Background in IC, PCBA, or Optical related industry is a plus
- Proficiency in SAP required
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese required
- Willing and eager to learn, cooperate and follow instructions, pays careful attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- APICS CSCP Certifications is a plus
Location
This position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.
