Job Description:
+ Work on interesting cases in professional liability defense, shareholder litigation and commercial litigation in a mid-sized firm
+ Case management; inception through trial
+ Discovery
+ Depositions
+ Court appearances
+ Draft pleadings
+ Communicate with clients, carriers and opposing counsel
Compensation/Benefits/Perks:
