Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design and validate manufacturing processes for transfer to new locations.
Specify precise product functional requirements.
Design, test, and integrate manufacturing processes and fixtures.
Evaluate processes' overall effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety.
Develop and execute process validation plans.
Create and review material part specifications and bills of materials.
Collaborate with internal manufacturing partners, contract manufacturers, and designers.
Optimize designs for manufacturability.
Utilize CAD (Computer Aided Design) or CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) systems.

Requirements:

University degree or extensive practical knowledge gained through experience.
Understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline.
Ability to make judgments based on practice and previous experience.
