Sales Management
- Keeping recruiters accountable for open recs. Measuring how many days each rec has been open, comparing that with the amount of resources expended.
- Measuring which accounts are wasting time and which have the best ROI, patterns around this (time to hire, placement fees, etc).
- Track monthly and quarterly revenue vs target, and identify weak spots and themes in the business (personnel, accounts etc).
- Track weekly KPI metrics live and report this data to the co-founders during bi-weekly meetings. Identify specific personnel behind on their KPIs, and compare their weekly effort in terms of input. Draw conclusions to steer management.
- Measure and flag who is close to the PIP threshold, as well as upcoming promotions based on billing data.
- Look for new ways to report sales data and KPIs. Use these tools to forecast revenue, and look for areas of improvement.
- Record and draw conclusions on which KPIs are effecting revenue and profitability over a quarterly basis.
Administrative and Mission Operations
- Calculate monthly commission checks, and run payroll for Inveture.
- Send invoices to clients on candidate start dates. Report and communicate which clients are overdue on payment.
- Distribute all onboarding information to new employees through email and phone calls, ensuring they are prepared and ready for their start date.
- Onboard new employees onto all of our payroll systems and HR platforms. Run them through the company handbook.
- Give new employees physical office orientation and run them through office policies and procedures.
- Order new technology licenses for new hires, and onboard them onto these platforms.
- Manage relationships with technology account managers, and search for areas of improvement in terms of cost and economies of scale.
- Office Management - place bi-weekly food orders from costco, order cold brew and coffee beans from suppliers, as well as beer kegs etc.
- Back office operations for the contract recruitment department: (Logging weekly hours.
- Weekly gross margin, time approved, make sure contractors are all accounted for and on-site).
Marketing
- Creating new marketing content for LinkedIn posts, email marketing, etc., and schedule posts to maximize engagement:
- Company wins and landmarks.
- Company events.
- Individual employee reports/interviews/testimonials.
- Monitor marketing material's success and adjust accordingly.
- Making sure marketing content is going out across the company on an individual level, informing co-founders on what is and what isn’t being done.
- Create pitch decks for Business Development team and prospecting.
Internal Recruitment
- Headhunt graduate and experienced hires through LinkedIn search and job postings.
- Attend career fairs at college campuses.
- Screen applicants and candidates using our Inventure initial screening process. Make judgments and select finalist interviewees.
Team Events
- Plan company bi-weekly happy hours, ensuring variety, and employee engagement.
- Plan company ski-trip and top billers trip:
- Design the event, including location, lodging and schedule.
- Create budget for the event and correlate with rough P/L numbers from previous quarters, ensuring it is not too loss making.
- Plan industry event attendance, including badges/passes and lodging if necessary.
