Job Title: Vice President of Land Acquisition (Vice President of Development)

Salary: $125k - $175k base, DOE

About Company / Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced leader to lead our growing Development team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead the entitlement, land acquisition and development teams in identifying, securing and developing high-quality, lucrative assets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals in land acquisition, entitlements, development, HOA
- Forge and maintain a network of valued, reputable industry partners in land sale, development and acquisition
- Identify and acquire raw land, completed lots and other development opportunities
- Financial oversight, including forecasting, budgeting and reporting for your Division
Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ Years of experience in real estate, at least 5 of which have been in a leadership capacity
- Related experience in commercial or residential construction or development
- Proficient in budget management, reporting and overall financial management
Nice to Have Skills:
- Energetic, hard-working, goal-oriented individuals excel here
- Experience working with a residential homebuilder is a plus
- Willingness to expand into other potential markets in the future
