About the Role
Join our team as a ServiceNow QA Analyst in Plano, 75024. This role involves executing software solutions, collaborating with IT partners, analyzing data, and ensuring data quality.
Job Title: ServiceNow QA
Key Responsibilities
- Execute software solutions and technical troubleshooting.
- Analyze data and develop insights.
- Support data analysis and quality remediation.
- Elicit and document business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with business users.
- Drive defined standards and guidelines.
- Participate in the full story life cycle.
- Develop and maintain automated scripts.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure risk and controls compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in software engineering.
- Experience in ServiceNow or ITSM business process.
- 3+ years of applied experience.
- Proficient in coding in one or more languages.
- Experience in system design, application development, and testing.
- 8+ years of Quality Assurance in IT.
Salary Range:The salary for this position is between $75k – $85k annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
