Jr. Instrument & Controls Designer

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of instruments associated with industrial & chemical processing equipment with interest in engineering design work. This could also be a good fit for a recent graduate of a CAD training program. The selected candidate will work with, and be mentored by, Senior Designers at the site that are capable of teaching the CAD software and acting as a resource for any technical questions.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation associated with industrial & chemical processing equipment
- OR – an associate degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrument/Controls Technology, certified CAD Training program
- AutoCAD, or Microstation preferred
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to plan, prioritize, and implement multiple, concurrent projects or activities.
- Good communication & documentation of work products are essential
