Developing test programs on ATE (Automated Test Equipment).
Workplace is Watsonville, CA (Santa Cruz county).
Requirements:
-Electrical engineering experience and semiconductor knowledge.
-Debug, test methods, understanding IC characterization.
-Curiosity and problem solving skills.
Preferred:
-Experience in Python, VBA.
-Familiar with ATE - Teradyne Ultraflex or Advantest 93k.
