Job Responsibilities
- Retain, manage, develop and grow our existing clients’ portfolio.
- Sustain and improve business growth and profitability by maximizing revenue.
- Be the point of escalation successfully handling and resolving all customer requests and complaints.
- Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders to understand the customer’s business and develop strategic roadmaps. Lead business reviews and executive sessions to better understand business and technical needs.
- Manage relationships and own the activities and cross sell & upsell our offerings in addition to collaborating with the GTM team towards acquiring new businesses.
- Hold product demonstrations, discuss & present services & solution offerings, develop POC for customers and convert them into additional revenue streams.
- Plan and strategize with the team to maintain and improve the set business goals.
- Manage our major client, manage their C-Sat score and minimize customer churn.
- Articulate innovatively & creatively by analyzing customer data to improve overall customer experience.
Qualification
Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for an MBA in addition to:
- Excellent client management skills with 4-8 years of experience in client interfacing roles and managing multiple clients across geographies.
- Passionate, persuasive, articulate Cloud professional capable of quickly establishing interest and credibility.
- Experience in managing change requests and prioritization in a fast-changing & agile environment.
- Excellent understanding of process management, improvement practices, change management process, operation services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent articulation skills and should be a master of proactive communication
- Should act as an efficient bridge between the client and the delivery team and any other internal and external stakeholders.
- Should be able to create impressive reports for external and internal stakeholders to manage the perception and raise timely escalation.
- Exposure to onsite-offshore delivery using various delivery models and IT services.
