Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This role requires a diverse skill set in electrical, mechanical, and preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment.
Description:
As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of manufacturing equipment used in production. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform root-cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Troubleshoot and maintain FANUC Robotics.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and circuit breakers.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure proper operation of equipment and provide technical support when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and repairs completed.
- Participate in safety programs and adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance best practices to improve efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a multi-craft maintenance role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and control panels.
- Experience with mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and tooling.
- Proficient with troubleshooting and maintaining Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining FANUC Robotics.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and maintenance software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
