Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders to supercharge organizational effectiveness, boost agility, and sharpen our competitive edge by evaluating and transforming roles, responsibilities, and the overall company culture.
- Champion Change Management: Lead transformative change management efforts by designing innovative processes that guide teams and individuals through organizational transitions with ease.
- Drive Innovation: Conduct deep dives into our existing structures and workflows, identifying game-changing opportunities for optimization and groundbreaking innovation.
- Design Engaging Programs: Create and lead dynamic workshops, training sessions, and interventions that elevate team dynamics, communication, and leadership skills.
- Lead Talent Development: Provide expert guidance on performance management, talent development, career progression, and succession planning to unlock the full potential of our workforce.
- Promote Diversity and Inclusion: Launch initiatives that celebrate diversity, ensure equity, and foster a genuine sense of belonging across our organization.
- Enhance Employee Engagement: Gather valuable feedback and craft action plans to continuously elevate employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Measure Success: Develop and maintain key performance indicators to track the success of organizational development initiatives and empower data-driven decision-making.
- Mentor Leaders: Coach and mentor managers and leaders to amplify their leadership capabilities, preparing them to lead their teams through change and growth with confidence.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry best practices and trends in organizational development, applying this knowledge to refine our strategies.
- Elevate Leadership Development: Design and execute an in-house leadership development program that inspires and equips our future leaders.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide consultative services to employees and managers at all levels, offering guidance on policies, procedures, and training.
- Facilitate Problem-Solving: Guide problem-solving, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance with expertise and finesse.
- Document and Innovate: Keep training procedures up-to-date and innovate to keep our learning initiatives at the cutting edge.
- Coach Trainers: Develop and support trainer development programs, ensuring our training efforts are impactful and effective.
- Manage Budgets: Strategically develop and oversee budget spending to maximize impact.
- Collaborate on HR Initiatives: Partner with leaders to implement employee development plans and support new HR programs and initiatives.
- Maintain Learning Systems: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our Learning Management System (LMS).
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of experience is required in the area of training or organizational development.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- The Organizational Development Consultant must have a customer service orientation.
