Our client is looking for a Technical Trainer who will support the transition from Kronos Workflow Central to UKG Pro Workforce Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering training and at-the-elbow support to end users, ensuring a smooth and successful adoption of the new system. This is an onsite position in Bergen County, NJ.
Technical Trainer’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop a thorough understanding of the UKG Pro Workforce Management application, along with its integration into organizational workflows.
- Provide engaging and effective training sessions to end users, offering hands-on support to help them navigate the new system.
- Leverage your previous experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management to troubleshoot issues and guide users through any challenges.
- Create user-friendly training materials and resources tailored to different roles and skill levels within the organization.
Technical Trainer’s Qualifications and Skills
- Background in supporting system implementations or transitions.
- Familiarity with Kronos Workflow Central is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a diverse range of users.
