Perform quality assurance checks on drawings and layouts to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and technologies impacting transmission and distribution line design.
Develop detailed designs and layouts for transmission and distribution lines using PLS-CADD or another AutoCAD software.
Interpret and incorporate project specifications, standards, and requirements into design plans.
Conduct system analyses to optimize performance and reliability.
Conduct site visits and assessments as needed to gather essential data for design development.
Prepare technical drawings, plan and profile views, and construction documents.
