Robert Half is partnering with a Global E-commerce enterprise in search of a Senior UX Designer to join their team in Seattle, WA. This role requires a seasoned UX professional with 7+ years of experience who excels in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in design systems, interaction design, and visual thinking, with a mastery of Figma. The role demands a self-starter capable of collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $50-60/hour
Responsibilities:
- Quickly create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements using empirical online data, usability findings, market research, and UCD principles.
- Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features through usability testing and analytics data interpretation.
- Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and executives for review and feedback.
- Contribute to user interface design and development best practices and standards.
- Provide leadership in e-commerce trends, web application design, and user interface innovations.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of industry experience providing interaction design solutions for web and/or software applications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, with strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with design systems and interaction design for internal applications.
- A strong online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and organizational levels.
- Self-starter who is customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player.
