EPC Staff has been approached to recruit a Superintendent for a client who have been a leader in the Southern California commercial construction space for over 60 years, with projects ranging from commercial, residential and industrial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all phases of project management, from pre-construction through closeout.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of field experience as a Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
