Title: Technical Analyst/Business Analyst – SalesForce.com

Rate – $50-55/hr Max
Overview: Client is looking for a delivery focused Technical Analyst/Business Analyst to lead some key projects within one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience architecting and delivering projects in the telecom space with SalesForce.com solutions. This individual will be leading several key initiatives for this client and needs to be able to work closely with business and technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and analytical skills are a must as this individual will be working with everyone from TPOs and developers to Business Stakeholders responsible for overall delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Manage various salesforce projects, including gathering information, planning, and executing projects.
- Formulate and maintain salesforce solution documentation. (e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications)
- Familiarity with the backlog grooming process, attributes, review, and approval process.
- Plan and monitor scope by ensuring that needs are within the SOW's scope and communicating any variances for inclusion in the change control process.
- Assist the product owner in defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints by facilitating the continuing backlog grooming process.
- Maintain a functional grasp of the business requirements and project solutions
- End of Sprint Demo to the stakeholder and test the functionality before QA handoff
- Lead User Story refinement sessions
- Manage Sprint backlog
- Participate/Lead Scrum sessions
- Provide input/work closely with Solution Architects in defining solutions
- Lead sessions with business and technical resources to derive requirements and solutions
- Work with business teams to refine and prioritize requirements
- Work with other stakeholders to build out product roadmaps
- Create the Solution Design Document for every functionality before release
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SFDC
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading SFDC projects or performing the role of Technical Analyst/Business Analyst on SFDC projects
- Minimum 3 years experience in Telecommunications, preferably in the Enterprise space
- Ability to work with technical and business resources to achieve results
- Ability to work in a fast paced/results oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to ask probing questions to drive out requirement gaps and potential risks
- Experience leading complex projects and matrixed teams
- Solution Architecture experience with SFDC a plus
