They are seeking a Contract Administrator to join their legal team and lead contract management efforts, with a focus in optimizing the contract systems. This role reports to the Director of Corporate Legal Affairs and works closely with a collaborative legal department. This opportunity provides a clear path for growth and will allow you to take the lead on contract administration efforts for an innovative and lively company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle with vendors, customers, and partners, ensuring proper execution and storage.
- Optimize contract management systems and collaborate with legal teams to finalize complex deals, implementing best practices for efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure all contracts and legal documents align with company policies.
- Work closely with internal teams to address contract issues and provide strategic guidance.
- Monitor contract performance, identify risks, and generate reports to track compliance and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in a contract administration role.
- Experience with Ironclad.
