Finance/Customer care specialist
LHH/Accounting Principals is hiring for a Finance associate/customer service/care specialist in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. Our client is looking for a care specialist with a strong background.
Job Responsibilities to include:
- Review and assist associates with account opening process across all divisions.
- Assist associates with client onboarding.
- Ensure all requests and processing and completed in a timely manner via phone, e-mail.
- Assist associates with uploading to E-docs and NetX360 image docs.
- Ensuring all transactions fall under the appropriate licensing requirements.
- Assist with a wide range of inquiries including but not limited to compliance, commission, licensing, advisory, and brokerage.
You are a great fit if:
- Prior experience working in the banking or wealth management industries.
- Strong customer services skills.
- Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Series 6 or 7 license strongly preferred
