Financial Planning Analyst for Home Health and Hospice
Dignity Care, A division of CommuniCare, is looking for a qualified Financial Planning Analystto help grow the existing and future Home Health and Hospice Divisions. This position will require a daily commute to CommuniCare’s main office in Blue Ash, OH.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring timely month-end close processing and financial statement review and distribution.
- Reviews bi-weekly labor reports, analyzes variances and distributes to management.
- Performs monthly bank account reconciliations and various balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Prepares balance sheet account reconciliations and work papers for quarterly balance sheet reviews by accounting management.
- Assists department management in preparation for various audits
- Other accounting projects and functions as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in accounting with 1-3 years of accounting experience is required.
- Home Health and/or Hospice Accounting experience preferred with an emphasis on using a WFM system known as Workday.
- Healthcare environment experience preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Must have the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- Excellent Excel skills are required
- Superior organizational skills, strong task management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Also important are excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external customers, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude, with a high degree of ethics and personal integrity, as well as confidentiality, is traits needed to be successful in this role.
