Payment Integration Specialist in Phoenix, AZ(Onsite)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite 4 days/week)
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with MuleSoft developers and support teams to provide technical guidance and ensure successful and timely delivery of project releases
- Help plan and coordinate new workflows and patterns and scheduling of task assignments and goals
- Escalate issues in order to expedite process correction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Utilize background in banking and payments to enhance project outcomes
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role
- Strong background in MuleSoft integration
- Previous experience in banking and payments
- Familiarity with RTP, ISO20022, and Fiserv EPP
- Proficient in Azure, Oracle, and Apache Tomcat
- Excellent communication skills
