Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end migration from Hyperion to OneStream, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement OneStream solutions to meet business needs.
- Customize and configure OneStream applications to align with business processes.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and data integration processes.
- Provide technical and functional expertise in OneStream and Hyperion.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.
- Stay updated with the latest OneStream features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in migrating from Hyperion to OneStream.
- Strong technical skills in OneStream XF platform.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and data integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project management experience is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in OneStream or related technologies.
- Experience with other EPM tools.
Knowledge of financial consolidation and planning processes
