Morpheus are currently partnered with a leader in the Data Engineering Consultancy Space. They combine AI/ML technologies to optimize data for a range of industries.
We are looking for a talented AI Solutions Architect to design and implement advanced AI-driven solutions for our customers. This person will be joining a small and nimble team that thrives on brainstorming, quick implementation, and customer feedback. As an AI Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our advanced AI technologies and the business needs of our clients. You will be responsible for understanding and translating complex customer business requirements into sophisticated software architectures that integrate seamlessly into existing systems and workflows.
What You Get to Do Every Day (Responsibilities)
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable and robust AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI and LLM technologies.
- Align with sales teams and work closely to help close customer deals in a pre sales capacity
- Collaborate with business analysts and clients to understand their requirements and translate these into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement data pipeline and AI model deployment strategies, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in the implementation of AI solutions.
- Conduct systems integration and ensure compatibility with existing client IT infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and LLM technologies and apply this knowledge to improve our solution offerings.
- Oversee testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Deliver presentations and training sessions to clients and internal teams on our AI solutions.
- Other duties as required.
What You Bring to the Role (Requirements)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in technical architecture and leadership, and at least 1 year in an AI-focused role.
- Strong background in designing and implementing complex AI solutions, especially in the areas of Generative AI and LLM.
- Proficient in AI and machine learning frameworks, data pipeline management, and cloud services.
- Experience designing and implementing systems with queuing, data transformations, and databases.
- Experience in technical pre sale solutions architect role.
- Experience developing systems using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience in Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage projects involving complex data and AI systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
