Your New Role:
As an Office Associate, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our office organized and running like clockwork. From answering calls to managing records, you’ll have your hands on a variety of tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and provide friendly assistance.
- Collect and input data into our computer systems with precision.
- Process data entries and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain office records, customer files, and reports like a pro.
- Show off your Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Manage various programs and processes as needed.
- Be flexible—other duties may come your way.
What You Need:
- 1-3 years of prior office support experience (data entry expertise is a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to consistently lift up to 10 lbs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to pass a pre-placement background check.
- Occasionally climb, lift, bend, and twist as needed.
