IntegriCert LLC is looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative to be part of our dynamic Sales Team. We are a rigging fabrication company that also provides load testing and NDT inspection services to a diverse clientele. The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Receives requests by telephone, fax or e-mail for price quotations/verifications, purchase orders. Responds immediately to customer inquiries/information needs and provides positive, courteous service to customers; answers questions regarding product line, prices, delivery times, warranty periods, customer service and credit/financing arrangements.
- Follows up on leads generated by marketing activities; telephones or visits potential customers to discuss needs and provide product demonstrations. Develops referrals and makes contacts to other potential candidates in assigned territory. Attends and works trade shows for company in assigned territory.
- Reviews any questions or concerns with the Corporate Sales & Marketing Director; Discusses any unique product configurations/problems with President, Corporate Sales & Marketing Director, District Manager, and Production as necessary.
- Ensures contacts receive marketing literature; answers any questions and obtains any further information necessary for customers.
- Works with the Credit Department to establish new accounts; assists customer in preparing and processing credit/financing arrangements paperwork.
- Follows up with customers after receipt of their order; ensures equipment properly set up and functioning; verifies customer satisfaction and resolves any concerns.
- Submits reports to Corporate Sales & Marketing Director; provides weekly activity/call reports, lost sale reports and monthly sales forecasts for assigned territory.
- Provides briefings on sales activities, problems, etc., to Corporate Sales & Marketing Director as necessary or as requested.
This position reports directly to the Corporate Sales & Marketing Director for the performance of all responsibilities related to sales and marketing and provides reports or briefings on sales and marketing activities as requested by the Corporate Sales & Marketing Director.
JOB QUALIFICATION PREFERENCES
- 4-year Business degree from an accredited university in Marketing is preferred. (Previous industry experience would be considered in place of college course work.)
- 3 years prior sales experience in wire rope, rigging or non-destructive testing industry is preferred.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office products.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people is essential.
- Ability to read and understand basic customer purchase agreements to conduct business.
