Role Description
- Assess clients' needs and preferences to develop personalized organization systems.
- Sort, categorize, and declutter various spaces such as homes, offices, and storage areas.
- Implement efficient organizational systems to maximize space utilization and functionality.
- Guide and educate clients on maintaining organized spaces and implementing sustainable organizing practices.
- Provide hands-on assistance with physical organizing tasks including lifting and moving items as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with clients and their personal belongings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be local to Boston, MA.
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for organizing and improving spaces.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for spatial arrangement and organizational solutions.
- Experience in interior design is a plus, but not required.
- Proven client-facing experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
