As a CSBi Project Manager you will be an integral member of our media account teams, working with agency media account managers across both traditional and digital media platforms by supporting team efforts and assisting with media campaign execution in support of defined client marketing objectives.
You will play a critical role in helping orchestrate campaign workflow across multiple clients spanning many interesting product and service categories. In our business, details matter as does accuracy. As an active member of agency client teams, you’ll be called upon to update and maintain internal client and campaign databases, files, media budgets, asset libraries and media plans with proper account information to ensure project workflow and an accurate and up-to-date chronology of client support.
Your instrumental role will include participating in media campaign efforts from inception and you will assist with the detailed campaign results reports as media campaigns are completed.
You will need proven experience in an ad agency or media agency environment and a bachelor's in administration, business administration, marketing, or related fields.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading projects from inception to final execution.
- Coordinate the workflow process and media campaign requirements of each assigned client.
- Track, meet and coordinate deadlines across all departments using Monday.com to ensure all tasks are completed on time and while handling roadblocks.
- Assist account leads in managing internal planning processes, meetings, timelines, and approvals.
- Maintain cooperative working relationships with internal team members, client marketing personnel, and external marketing partners with whom we collaborate.
- Respond promptly to requests from clients and internal team.
- Obtain project specs for creative teams/agencies.
- Manage and prepare creative assets across all platforms for final deployment and launch.
- Proof creative to ensure copy accuracy and specs are met.
- Manage traffic details and delivery across all platforms, while working with media partners.
- Perform detailed QA and monitor campaign performance to ensure campaigns are delivering and being tracked properly.
- Monitor in-flight campaign pacing and reporting to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver in full.
- Assist with building final campaign performance reports.
The qualifications we are looking for
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in business, business administration, marketing, advertising or digital media, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years experience in an advertising or media agency
- Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proven time management, organization, communication, and leadership skills.
- Problem solving capabilities.
- Work with a positive and collaborative attitude when prioritizing tasks and practices.
- A self-starter work ethic with an ingrained penchant for accuracy.
- Experience with traditional (sTraffic) and digital (Campaign Manager) traffic platforms.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Office platforms (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), Slack, Monday.com or other project management tools is a plus.
