Construction Project Manager Overview:
Infinite Energy Construction seeks a Construction Project Manager at our North Charleston, SC office. The Construction Project Manager position is well suited for someone that has a construction management background and an engineering or architectural degree. Project Managers will have responsibility for the development and management of multiple construction projects, with various trades and subcontractors, on Joint Base Charleston. Projects will vary in size ($2,500 - $1,000,000), scope, and complexity. The Project Manager will be integral to the scope development and design process. The ideal candidate for this Project Manager position will have an undergraduate degree in any engineering discipline or architectural degree, strong problem-solving skills, general construction management experience across various trades, the ability to build and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders, and military construction experience (JOC, SABER, MATOC, etc).

Responsibilities
- Perform Project Management functions (scope development, estimating, subcontractor management) on a regular basis for multiple, concurrent projects
- Manage multiple concurrent project deliverables
- Attend site visits with Government clients to develop site visit notes and scopes, work with team to develop comprehensive and detailed estimates
- Perform project buyout with Subcontracting trade partners
- Negotiate project (line item) estimates with clients
- Perform data entry requirements utilizing ProCore software
- Coordinate submittals for all active projects
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Manage project budget
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-trade construction project management experience
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (any discipline), Architecture, or 15 Years of documented Construction Contract Management experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Federal construction experience preferred - SABER/JOC
- Subcontractor management experience
- Ability to access US Military installation (Pre-Employment criminal, DMV, and U.S. Citizenship)
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
