We are looking for a professional with a blended background in accounting and information technology to own our ERP environment. The Application ERP Administrator will be the SME responsible for adoption, training, and troubleshooting. Some additional helpdesk duties and application management inside the IT department will be required. This position is a good fit for someone who is interested in working with stakeholders in a small enviornment to help them solve problems and leverage the brand new ERP platform to build custom solutions to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for questions and troubleshoot end user issues
- Lead UAT testing for upgrades
- Perform basic help desk troubleshooting as needed (level 1-2)
- Build custom reports in Power BI
- Lead custom projects from requirement gather through implementation
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a technical capacity in a Microsoft environment
- Basic experience with various accounting platforms
