Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively, adhering to project specifications and client requirements.
- Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel. Provide clear direction, support, and motivation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints. Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Prior experience as Project Manager required
- Ground-up construction start to finish experience required
- Project values over $10MM is a plus
