- Oversight of 3-4 developers and a QA specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to align with company goals and market needs.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, acting as both Product Manager and Product Owner.
- Customer Engagement: Engage in strategic planning and translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze product performance metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- User Strategies: Develop and implement strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Technical Management: Manage the Order Management System (OMS) with a strong understanding of technical requirements and integrations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7+ years in Product Management; e-commerce background preferred but not strictly required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with APIs and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Pendo).
- Education: Bachelor's degree is not required; relevant experience is prioritized.
