About the Role:
Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain core program deliverables such as the Program Charter, Program Plan, Status Reporting, and RID Logs.
- Facilitate the consolidation of information from across technology teams and roll it up into a consistent format.
- Collaborate with workstream leaders to synthesize information into executive-level updates that include insights, risks, decisions needed, and progress tracking.
- Establish and manage effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Monitor and control the program scope, schedule, and costs to ensure the program remains on track and within budget.
- Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, ensuring mitigation and resolution strategies are in place.
- Ensure effective communication and reporting to stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status and progress.
Must Have:
- Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager, preferably within the retail sector.
- Deep understanding of retail customer experience strategies and technologies.
- Strong experience in managing multiple workstreams and collaborating with diverse technology teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise executive-level updates.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish and manage effective relationships across the organization.
Location: Remote
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120000 - $140000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skill, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
