About the Role:
This role will be focused in Metro Detroit and manage complex projects with budgets ranging from $10M to $30M.
Responsibilities:
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are followed.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed.
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers.
- Maintain detailed daily logs of construction activities, progress, and any issues that arise.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Manager, highlighting progress and any concerns.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role on ground up projects, industrial experience preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Certifications: OSHA certification, First Aid/CPR certification, and other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary between $95,000 and $115,000 depending on project experience.
