Objectives:
The Sr. CSS plays an important role in serving our clients and successfully operating our market locations under the direction of the Managing Director. Sr. Client Service Specialists work independently to organize and manage a wide range of administrative and client support activities. We are looking for associates who have a desire to be the very best and to provide the highest level of service excellence.

There are several key areas where Office Administrators must demonstrate professional proficiency:
· Financial industry terminology and account types
· Salesforce data entry and management
· DocuSign technologies
· Detailed and accurate data entry and account processing
· Policy and procedures, including FINRA guidelines
· Google Suite and calendar management
· Client service
· Client Engagement program
Education/Experience
· High school Diploma required
· Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent financial services industry experience
· Series 65 preferred
· Financial Investment Advisory Services Industry experience preferred
· Google Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe skills required
· Successful completion of industry-standard background screening required
· Former experience working with Schwab, Orion, Salesforce, DocuSign is a plus

Compensation:
This is a Non-Exempt Full-time position. Salary is determined based on experience.
