Employee Benefits Associate - NYC
Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is looking for a Mid-level ERISA associate with litigation experience to join their Employment & Employee Benefits practice group. This role is based in the firm’s New York City office.
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in ERISA and employee benefits, including managing qualified plans, multi-employer plans, health and welfare plans, and ACA compliance.
- Prior law firm experience and litigation experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York bar (or ability to become admitted)
