The Order Entry Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of order processing and logistics onsite in Amesbury, MA. This position requires excellent communication and coordination with sales teams, customers, and vendors to maintain efficiency in meeting production and delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely order confirmations and sales quotes to customers and internal sales teams
- Schedule customer purchases to align with production timelines and delivery schedules
- Place purchase orders with vendors to maintain sufficient material inventory and stock levels
- Coordinate order planning around product availability, in-stock materials, and delivery logistics
- Prepare and manage freight documentation for outgoing shipments
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in order processing within the construction industry is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
