Our client, a new offshoot of an established company is looking for a leader to run the operations team to reshape the market by introducing an approach that will disrupt the industry.
They are looking for an experienced, forward thinking person with a desire to challenge the usual way to do things to reshape market dynamics.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for driving the successful implementation and management of new projects and initiatives from inception to completion
- Work closely with insurance carriers & technical teams to develop strategies, establishes processes and ensure operational excellence
- Leader that can keep others focused and challenge others to find the right solution
- Grow organization in a BPO manner with a mix of people on and off-shore.
- Hire and mentor team growth
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the life & annuity and/or operations space
- Fluent in technology
- Proficiency in technical integrations is preferred
- BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience
- Has a clear vision of market trends and know-how to leverage technology and processes to stay ahead of the curve.
- Has experience with in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) space and challenges conventional thinking generally followed
- Creates a culture of continuous improvement innovation within the operations team
- Flexible and responsive to the needs and expectations of clients, team, and service providers, even when they change
- Regularly seeks to enhance efficiency, reduce outsourcing processing costs, and eliminate bottlenecks in operations
