Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a forward-thinking product
vision and roadmap that integrates advanced automation capabilities
into our internal platforms, aligning with broader company objectives
and evolving partner needs. Your strategy will focus on maximizing
efficiency and reducing manual overhead across all touchpoints.
Product Development: Partner closely with engineering, UX design, and
data science teams to ideate, prototype, and launch features that
leverage automation to deliver measurable improvements. These
enhancements should be intuitive and easily integrated, ensuring a
smooth transition resulting in streamlining of workflows.
Technology Implementation: Spearhead initiatives that bring cutting-
edge automation technologies into our existing product ecosystem.
Your role will involve both the strategic selection of these technologies
and their practical application, ensuring they meet the specific needs
of our organization.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as a bridge between technical teams
and business stakeholders, ensuring that automation initiatives are
clearly communicated, well-understood, and effectively implemented.

User Experience: Lead efforts to design user-centric tools that not only
simplify complex tasks but also anticipate user needs through
intelligent automation. Your goal will be to create experiences that are

Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data to drive decision-making,
focusing on metrics that matter. Implement systems that allow for the

Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle with a
particular emphasis on initiatives that involve complex automation
integrations. You’ll ensure that these projects are delivered on time,
within scope, and to the highest standards.
Continuous Improvement: Actively seek out and incorporate feedback
from internal teams to refine automation strategies, ensuring that our
platforms evolve in response to user needs and industry trends.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accessible
documentation for all automation initiatives, providing clear guidelines
for development, deployment, and ongoing management. Your
documentation will serve as a valuable resource for ensuring the
longevity and adaptability of our solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with
a focus on internal platforms, enterprise software, or automation
technologies. Experience with SaaS or enterprise-level platforms is
advantageous.
Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of automation technologies,
coupled with hands-on experience in integrating these into complex
systems. Comfort with collaborating with engineering teams to
navigate technical challenges is essential.
UX Design and Research Expertise: A track record of working closely
with UX design teams to create user-friendly automation tools that
meet high standards of usability and engagement.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data
into actionable insights. Experience in optimizing processes and
platforms based on data-driven evidence.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically about the role of
automation within a larger technology ecosystem, understanding both
the immediate benefits and long-term implications.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of
articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-
technical audiences.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive
alignment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Product Development: Proficiency in agile methodologies and a solid
understanding of product development best practices, especially in
contexts where automation plays a key role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering,
Business, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
