Position: Maintenance Planner
Location: Missouri
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule weekly maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is done safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, including routine tasks and major equipment turnarounds.
- Develop detailed job plans, including work sequences, parts lists, and tool lists.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure all required parts and tools are available and in stock.
- Utilize the ‘Maximo’ system to manage maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
- Provide technical expertise and support to various levels within the plant.
- Participate in the budgeting process and ensure cost control for maintenance activities.
- Fulfill 24/7 on-call responsibilities as needed.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 4+ years of experience in heavy industrial maintenance or equivalent education.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Motivated, proactive, and action-oriented mindset.
- Ability to meet on-call responsibilities for a 24/7 plant operation.
- Must pass pre-employment screenings (physical, background check, drug screen).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education from a two-year college, technical school, or equivalent program.
