In this role as Operations Manager you'll oversee a warehouse manager plus warehouse associates and drivers along with customer service reps. You'll work hand in hand with the Branch Manager in this $20m+ annual revenue branch who specialize in the building materials industry. My client has been in business better than 50 years and has branch locations across the U.S. along with this Nashville, TN based site. We are seeking Nashville based applicants or individuals who are comfortable with commute into to Nashville. Relocation will not be considered at this time.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Manage budget to align with goals of business
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
