Job Title: IT Systems Analyst
Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid - On-site 2 days per week)
Salary: Up to $80,000 per year
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Analyst to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be a crucial part of our IT department, working both remotely and on-site in Nashville, TN. This position requires a deep understanding of equipment standardization, process and procedure development, and serving as the lead IT source for internal customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Mac and Windows technologies, as well as experience in managing network technologies and handling various IT tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Equipment Standardization & Process Development: Lead efforts to standardize IT equipment and develop robust processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Internal IT Support: Serve as the primary IT resource for internal customers, addressing and resolving IT-related issues in a timely manner.
- Network Technologies: Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Service Requests & Support: Fulfill IT service requests, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing technical support for both Mac and Windows environments.
- Data Backup & Recovery: Implement and oversee data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical information.
- Software Deployment & Updates: Manage software deployment, updates, and patching to ensure systems are current and secure.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to identify and address IT needs, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
Qualifications:- Technical Skills: Proficiency in both Mac and Windows operating systems, with strong capabilities in managing network technologies.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
- Cloud Technologies: Experience with Active Directory, Google Cloud, and AWS Cloud is highly preferred.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle complex IT issues effectively.
- Process Orientation: Strong background in developing and implementing IT processes and standardization efforts.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and provide clear, concise support.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar IT Systems Analyst role or related IT position is highly desirable.
Additional Information:- This position requires on-site work in Nashville, TN for 2 days per week, with the remainder of the work being remote.
