Palm Beach County Construction Firm is seeking a full time, in-house, self-motivated IT Technician.
Responsibilities
Must be available for after hours and/or weekend assistance when needed. A strong team attitude and ability to help coworkers through the steps to resolve their technical issues. At least five years experience with the following is preferred:
Qualifications
Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 Operating Systems
Setting up new computers
Installation and troubleshooting Windows
Install / Uninstall software
Install and maintain printers in a Windows environment
Understanding of Microsoft Office (using and troubleshooting)
Ability to troubleshoot audio / video issues for Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc
Networking
Join Windows computer to a domain
Troubleshooting ethernet & wireless connections
