Director (VP?) of Land Development Purchasing
My client, a large regional real estate developer, has an Immediate need for an EXPERIENCED Director of Land Development Purchasing. Successful candidate will have:
- +5 years land development purchasing experience in SoCal
- Familiar with various municipalities/subcontractors/vendors
- Complete familiarity with Development Plans, value engineering, unit pricing
- Fully conversant with interlocking scopes of work
- Bid solicitation/analysis
- Contract negotiation
- Budget creation, updates/monitoring
- Work with operations in support of the schedule
- Manage a team
