Seeking a Construction PM with 5+ years of experience managing ground-up and large renovation projects for public and commercial clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing K-12 and higher education projects, and will have a good network of trade partners in central Florida.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle from soup to nuts
- Manage project budget, schedule, and documentation
- Create subcontracts and purchase orders
- Develop scope and RFQ packages for subs and suppliers
- Provide status reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering field preferred
- Experience with Construction Management at Risk project delivery
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
