Job Title: MicroStrategy/Qlik Sense Developer
Location: Hybrid in Hartford, CT (3 days in office per week)

Key Qualifications

- Team Structure: Small team of three, working closely with a SAS expert and a data analytics professional learning MicroStrategy.
- Agile Methodology: The team operates in an Agile environment.

- No, it works with claims IT. Looking for someone who is proficient.
- Are there known deliverables in a 30-60-90 day timeframe that this position will be responsible for?
- No specific known deliverables at the moment, would need to discuss with team. At least a few weeks to get access to everything. This role will closely work with reports that need revamping using an agile methodology. Timelines and resources will be established for template design.
- How large is the team, and what levels of experience do team members possess?
- The team consists of 3 members internally, including a task developer and data analyst. The focus is primarily on developing reports. Candidates should have more than 5 years of experience, with a preference for more extensive backgrounds.
- What is the level of the role?
- This is an individual contributor role, specifically a lead-level developer. The candidate will not be managing people but should be able to lead and coach team members.
- What is the tool strategy at this point?
- Currently, the strategy is micro (MicroStrategy). Approximately 60-70% of it needs to be revamped. Experience with both MicroStrategy and QlikSense is preferred, especially as the team transitions from QlikView to QlikSense.
- Are there any specific requirements for dashboard development?
- General dashboard development experience is acceptable. The focus is primarily on reports and dashboards for insurance claims.
