The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions, with a focus on virtualization and storage technologies. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week, while also collaborating with the team on-site.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage infrastructure solutions, focusing on virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage platforms (Pure, Dell EMC, and/or NetApp).
- Support and optimize existing systems to ensure smooth operations and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and provide infrastructure support.
- Participate in strategic planning and development of new technology implementations.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Strong knowledge of storage solutions, including Pure, Dell EMC, or NetApp.
- Experience with Cisco routing and switching is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft infrastructure and relevant technologies.
- Active certifications in related technologies are a plus.
