Responsible for ensuring professional and efficient service for IT's customer base, addressing day-to-day IT needs and project-based IT assistance. This role encompasses various aspects of IT within the company, including but not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Nevro infrastructure (clients, server, storage, network) and platforms (Office 365, Box, Okta, etc.).
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members.
- Build, patch, test (check for compatibility issues, conduct QA), and deploy complex systems and platforms meeting Nevro’s needs and specifications.
- Plan and implement changes to infrastructure and platforms to enhance performance.
- Perform complex storage and server data backup, data migration, and disaster recovery operations.
- Conduct complex platform, software, and operating system upgrades and track system licensing.
- Configure security settings or access permissions for groups and individuals.
- Provide technical support (Service Desk) to users by troubleshooting network or platform performance issues.
- Document complex procedures and troubleshooting processes related to systems/networks software and hardware.
- Lead the configuration and maintenance of office and/or production software, adjunct support, and/or utility software (e.g., Virus malware protection, office application suites, and/or application software).
- Collaborate with Business Applications, vendors, consultants, contractors, and IT personnel from other departments.
- Manage 3rd party vendors and service providers as needed.
- Train Service Desk and Deskside teams to support Nevro platforms and infrastructure.
- Work on complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Network with key contacts outside of own area of expertise.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Be present in the office 5 days a week.
Role Requirements
- Education: BS/BA degree in a related discipline and 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certification: This may require certification in the assigned area.
- Experience: Five-plus years of customer service experience.
