The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and evaluating the implementation of an apprenticeship management system. This role requires a strong team player with full system development lifecycle experience, adherence to PMO best practices, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of the apprenticeship management system project from inception to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
- Apply PMO best practices to ensure project success and alignment with company standards
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management

- Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing projects through the full system development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of PMO best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
