Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Bookkeeping/Administrative Assistant at TCEC. The role involves providing administrative assistance, handling communication, Quickbooks balancing books, Handling AP/AR, executive administrative tasks, and clerical skills on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Clerical skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Quickbook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting tasks is a plus
- ADP Payroll and experience in CalSavers
