Role: Administrative Assitant
Salary: $60,000 - 75,000/annually
Location: Long Island City - *Hybrid after 90-day training period*
Job Description:
* Oversee and own proper onboarding and offboarding for Finance and Accounting Function, including owning learning library for the team.
* Work with expense management and ensure that expenses are filed timely and accurately.
* Own calendars regarding audits, statutory and regulatory filings while helping to compile all audit documentation for our audit team
* Manage, report and file department records, including team's schedule, attendance, and vacation calendar, amid all other necessary documentation that supports the accounting department.
* Function in department operating systems ensuring timely responses to incoming calls, mail and emails, including drafting written responses to all levels of management.
* Coordinate, schedule and facilitate meetings and presentations, including dates, agendas, meeting rooms and invites.
* Develop and organize financial statements reporting packages/dashboards.
* Create and maintain client accounting contact list.
* Order supplies and equipment necessary for Accounting department productivity.
* Provide other administrative support as needed.
