Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and skilled Program Coordinator to assist in ensuring the successful delivery of SPARK NS Programs. As a Program Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to organize and coordinate various programs and activities within the organization. You will work closely with our Translational Research, Education, and Marketing teams and execute program strategies and objectives in collaboration with the Director of Programs. This role is expected to be on-site 5 days per week at our Menlo Park offices.
Responsibilities:

- Serves as the main point of contact for the program application cycle, procedures, and program guidelines.
- Develops work plans to accomplish program goals and objectives and monitor progress toward their achievement.
- Maintain and update programs specific resources.
- Collaborate with advisors, project managers, SPARK NS staff, and investigators to organize meetings during the program selection cycles.
- Coordinate and deliver programs marketing materials, and plans for activities and functions.
- Assist in planning and developing webinars and other external functions connected to SPARK NS program offerings.
- Gather and organize feedback on program issues from cross-functional teams. Compile feedback into structured reports for the Program Director to review.
- Provide assistance for internal and external events, including venue contracting, food and beverage coordination, entertainment, and attendance tracking.
- Monitors programs expenditures and where applicable programs budget..
- Assist with operational and administrative initiatives to achieve the translational and educational goals of SPARK NS.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to create presentations.
- Ability to create and foster positive collaborations with internal and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve multiple competing priorities under tight timelines.
- Confidence and ability to operate with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Preferred: knowledge of SmartSimple and Qualtrics.
Travel:
Travel domestically and internationally is required occasionally per business needs.
The expected salary range for this position is $36 - $41 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
